Statutory Obligations

We pledge to ensure that all toxic waste materials, such as asbestos, chemicals, and toxic rock walls, are transferred to municipally approved areas through specialist registered companies, adhering to hazardous materials removal protocols.

We commit to full compliance with legal requirements, guaranteeing that all work is carried out in accordance with relevant Acts, Regulations, and Company Policies. This extends to our adherence to Staff Health and Safety Manuals, COSHH Manuals, Safety Plans, and instructions from safety consultants.

We uphold international protocol, ensuring that ozone-depleting CFCs and Halon Gases are not discharged into the atmosphere. We diligently remove all waste through registered carriers, following legislation and guidelines.

Environmental Impact

During our demolition activities, we take measures to minimize noise and reduce dust through various commitments, including water spray during demolition. We actively seek to reduce environmental damage and identify opportunities for environmental gains whenever possible.

Our commitment extends to conserving resources, including energy, water, and paper. We promote the use of recycled materials in our offices and stores. Waste segregation and recycling are integral to our operations, with some projects achieving a remarkable 100% recycling rate.

We champion the reduction of material wastage, the promotion of recycling options, and the conservation of water, paper, and energy. We encourage all employees and subcontractors to prevent environmental damage to wildlife habitats, flora and fauna, as well as archaeological and heritage sites. Measures are rigorously implemented to control ground, river, and coastal water pollution.
